This policy describes how Brandon Bussey (“I,” “me”) handles information when you visit
bbussey.com (the “site”).
Information I collect
The site may collect or process:
- Usage and analytics data through Google Analytics 4 (traffic, pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, and referral sources).
- Session recordings and interaction data through Microsoft Clarity (clicks, scrolls, and page structure). Form fields and sensitive elements are masked where configured.
- Company-level visitor-identification signals through RB2B, which may associate visits with business contact or company information using third-party data. Coverage is incomplete and may be probabilistic; not every visitor is identified.
- Cookies and similar technologies used by the analytics providers above and to remember your analytics consent choice on this device.
- Information you voluntarily submit through the advisory contact form (such as name, email, company, and message content), which is processed by Formspree to deliver the inquiry to me.
Why this data is used
- Understand how visitors find and use the site
- Improve content and site performance
- Respond to advisory or career inquiries you send
- Recognize business interest at a company level (via RB2B’s service and dashboard)
I do not intentionally sell sensitive personal information. Analytics events are configured to avoid sending form message text or other content you type into fields to Google Analytics.
Third-party services
Google, Microsoft, RB2B, and Formspree each process data under their own privacy policies and terms.
Visitor-intelligence matches and exports are managed in RB2B’s dashboard or integrations you authorize—not exposed as individual identities on this public site.
Your choices
- Analytics consent: When you first visit, you can accept or decline nonessential analytics cookies and scripts (Google Analytics, Clarity, and RB2B). Essential site features work if you decline.
- Change or withdraw consent: Use Privacy settings in the site footer or withdraw analytics consent (this clears your choice and reloads the page with tracking off).
- Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, nonessential tracking defaults to off unless you later choose otherwise where permitted.
- Browser controls: You can block cookies or use browser add-ons that limit analytics.
